From there, we work together over several months.
I interrupt patterns in real time. I reflect back who you’re being (not just what you’re doing). I hold the space for you to see your own role, and choose differently.

Some teams need a full-day intensive to see the pattern clearly. Others need ongoing sessions where I interrupt the dynamic as it happens. I don’t have a fixed process. I respond to what I see.
